By using Can I Send It, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Not flight authority

Can I Send It is a decision-aid, not an official aviation or regulatory service. Always check local laws, airspace, NOTAMs, weather, landowner permission, and other pilots before flying.

2. Fly at your own risk

You are solely responsible for the safe, legal operation of your aircraft. The creators of Can I Send It are not liable for any incident, loss, fine, or injury resulting from your flight decisions.

3. Accounts and sync

Accounts are optional and offered as-is. Sync features may be limited, delayed, or unavailable during the beta. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

4. Changes to the service

The app is in active development. Features, pricing, and terms may change. Core fly/no-fly checks will remain free.
